Yes. To keep (port) your existing phone number, you must provide the name of your current provider along with your phone number and billing ZIP code. In addition, you need to get your account number and carrier PIN from your current provider. Often, your account number is listed on your bill, but the carrier PIN can only be provided by an agent. If you need more help, contact your current provider for details.
