Restart your modem in My Account
As a first step, our team of experts recommends that you use My Account to reset your modem. To do so:
1. Sign in to your account.
2. Select ‘Equipment’ from the side menu.
3. Under ‘Troubleshooting Steps’, select the reset button that matches your modem type.

Restart your modem manually
